Dymally is shown accompanying President Museveni to a few meetings. The details of the interactions are undisclosed, but based on the body language and facial expressions, the discussions are serious. When these pictures with Dymally were taken Museveni had only come to power the year before, in 1986. He is still President of Uganda today, in 2021.
